In the event, if you are displeased with the Gemstone you bought from us, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Requests received later than 3 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Return Policy

We highly recommend consulting an experienced astrologer or one you trust before purchasing a gemstone from our website.

All gemstones available on our platform are 100% natural and certified by reputable laboratories. Please note that some gemstones may have undergone enhancements for quality or colour, as indicated on the certificate.

In the event that the purchased gemstone does not suit your horoscope, you may return it within 72 hours of delivery. However, please ensure that the seal remains unbroken if you intend to return the item.

Once the seal is broken, "MOKSHMANTRA" is not liable to accept the return or provide a refund.

To initiate a return, please access the "MY ORDERS" section on our website and select the "RETURN" option. This window will remain open and valid for 72 hours after delivery.

Upon successful completion of the return process, our associated courier company will collect the gemstone from your doorstep. Please note that a fixed return charge of Rs. 200/- (rupees two hundred only) will be deducted from your refund amount, along with any applicable discounts.

Refunds will be credited to your account within 10 working days after the return is processed.

All claims and settlements are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
